The Bulls Head Belper is a beautiful 18th Century village pub just on the outskirts of Belper village, surrounded by beautiful views and rolling countryside.
At its heart The Bulls Head Belper is a dog friendly village pub with great food .. and we think Belper’s best Sunday Lunch! We’re not a chain, we’re an independent pub, where great service and fantastic food is paramount. We have local cask ales and lagers from Thornbridge Brewery, a comprehensive wine list and cocktail menu, as well as traditional bar snacks and doggy treats of course! We have a large garden terrace, a cosy snug with a roaring fire to relax after a long walk in the Derbyshire countryside (muddy boots and doggies welcome!), a bar area with comfy sofas and table service, and an elegant restaurant with contemporary dining. Food is our passion, we make everything on site and use as much local produce as possible. We have a large car park attached to the pub and access with no steps into the pub. We are only a few minutes drive (or a nice walk!) from Belper village and less than 15 minutes drive from Duffield, Ripley, Ambergate and Wirksworth.
